In other words, I'm building a boutique size hen house that uses Photo Voltaic (PV) to provide electricity for some LED spotlights and a couple of small fans.
Over the next 10 weeks I will document my progress with images and written thoughts.
Today I'm working on the initial search for resources. Over the next few weeks, I plan to spend a lot of time researching at the library, staring at computer screens and wielding tools. Wish me luck!
Here are some photos of a balsa wood model I constructed and a Google Sketch-Up prototype; it will be interesting to see how the real coop turns out.
